Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and highly organised Marketing Executive to work as part of our Marketing team at McDonald’s. This role will be reporting directly into the Food & Beverages team’s Senior Brand Manager on Beverages, Breakfast and Overnight.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Presenting work, including creative to the Senior Brand Manager, Head of Marketing and Marketing Director
  • Supporting the SBM on the development and delivery of all McCafe, Breakfast and Overnight cross-channel marketing activity including paid, owned and earned media
  • Helping the SBM deliver marketing activity that improves our Coffee quality credentials
  • Supporting the digital team with the transition of Coffee loyalty to My McDonalds Rewards
  • Leading McCafe seasonal promotions including: Iced, Autumn and Festive from briefing stage through to execution
  • Helping the SBM deliver marketing activity that drives coffee volumes through key food occasions
  • Assisting with specific channel development such digital media: website, CRM, app and social
  • Supporting the SMB in the reopening and reestablishing of our Overnight business following COVID 19 closures.
  • Supporting the management of campaign timelines and deliverables
  • Supporting on internal engagement such as legal team updates and creatives shares

Job Requirements:

  • A great communicator. Frequent, clear and accurate communication with internal and agency teams is important
  • Ability to analyse key data and provide recommendations for future campaigns
  • Somebody that can immerse themselves in a brand quickly to become an all-round brand specialist
  • Experience either client or agency side, with demonstrable knowledge and experience with high profile brands, in-particular leading the end-end creative process
  • Strong organisational skills, someone who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can work proactively across multiple projects at the same time
  • Excellent attention to detail, seeking for the best possible outcome and standard every time
  • Solid understanding of cross-channel marketing and the best channels to achieve performance marketing objectives
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is essential
  • Experience of helping lead and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns
  • A positive relationship builder and ability to lead partners to achieve the best outcomes
