Job Description:

The selected General Manager will be in charged of this location. Looking for a motivated indivdual who will be expeceted to take on full owenership of this position. The candidate must have experience leading a team and managing the daily operation of the business. They will be responsible for maintaining the standard of work from employees as well as onboarding and hiring new team members. Bonus will be based on performance.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership and direction to a team of people
  • Operate in accordance with established performance, profits and operating standards
  • Manage operations and finances of business
  • Recruit and train new hires on business practices
  • Drive development of employees
  • Ensure that quality of work or service is maintained
  • Have a good working knowledge of all equipment, and assume responsibility for preventive maintenance of a unit
  • Maintain an attitude of flexibility that allows performance above and beyond the parameters of this position

Job Requirements:

  • Management and Customer Service experience Strong administrative skills
  • Demonstrated ability to lead
  • Comfort working with budgets, payroll, revenue and forecasting Strong communications skills

Qualification & Experience:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years experience managing people in a restaurant environment
